NEW building

1. Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

For every additional person we charge 15,00 € / night.

Surcharge for single room: on request.

The apartments can be booked with breakfast buffet: 14,00 € per person/day.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread delivery service and the final cleaning.

Daily cleaning of the rooms is included, daily cleaning of the apartments is possible on request for an extra charge.

Local tax :
We are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 2,00 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.

The local tax is due for infrastructures and services maintenance, as well as for the organization of local cultural and sport events.

2. Special prices for children

for extra bed or sofa bed in parents’ room:

Kids from 0 to 2 years stay with us free of charge
Kids from 3 to 5 years: 15,00 € (23,00 € incl. breakfast)
Kids from 6 to 12 years: 25,00 € (33,00 € incl. breakfast)

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

3. Pets

Your dog is welcome in the main house. Please bring your own basket or blanket. For your dog we charge 15,00€ per day (without food).

Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the breakfast room.

4. Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (20%) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.

5. Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 1.999,99 €. The following payment methods are accepted: EC card, cash dispenser, bank transfer. Not allowed: checks.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 15 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but but the accommodations will ready for you only at 15 clock . In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your accommodations not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

7. Cancellation

Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

According to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions:

In order to save money, we warmly suggest you to effect a holiday insurance.

Deposits already made will be credited for the next stay.  The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

8. Cancellation insurance

You never know…

We are looking forward to your visit.

9. Exclusion of liability
